Construction Notes. Outdoor furniture is subjected to harsh elements, the sun, heat, cold wind and humans. For these reasons we developed the strongest outdoor chair and have improved on it since its inception over 20 years ago.

Notice the specially formulated seat platform. We have this product manufactured exclusively for us to our specifications. Construction Facts. This lounge set is completely made with our "Tubular Support System" Notice the adjustable back made to support over 378 pounds. The chair is designed to take a beating and withstand the harshest elements. You can fall into this chair and it will support you. Every fitting is reinforced and bonded (except for KD sections). The PVC is high impact furniture grade resin. We use only schedule 40 PVC for extra strength.
